iCentral is iCare Health Network’s centralized admissions department.

Available seven days a week with extended hours, iCentral works directly with hospitals, physicians, families, and care teams to:

• Review referrals
• Evaluate clinical needs
• Coordinate admissions
• Match patients with the most appropriate care center
• Help reduce hospital discharge delays

How quickly can someone be admitted?

Many patients can be admitted within hours after clinical and financial clearance has been completed.

Hospital transfers are often the fastest because case management teams coordinate directly with iCentral. Community admissions may require additional coordination with physicians and other healthcare providers.

What insurance plans does iCare accept?

Most iCare facilities accept:

Who qualifies for skilled nursing care?

Does iCare provide memory care?

Yes.

Does iCare offer behavioral health services?

Please note that iCare does not operate inpatient psychiatric hospitals.
