March 11-15, 2024 is National Long Term-Care Administrator’s Week. During this week, staff, residents, families, and volunteers have the opportunity to say “thank you” and honor the administrators who lead our nation’s long-term care communities.

Being entrusted to provide a home for someone during their rehabilitation or as they navigate the final chapters of their life, allows me to ensure that joy, quality care and compassion are a part of what could be one of their most difficult times. Being able to offer these, and many other things through the dedication of my team is what motivates me to come to work every day and serve in my role as an Administrator. We all have the power to make a difference in someone’s life and I choose to make that my daily mission for any resident and family who allows for Chestnut their place of refuge.”
