HOLYOKE, MA (March 11, 2026) – Meet Kyle Bousquet, Administrator at MissionCare at Holyoke. Kyle became involved in long-term care early in life and quickly discovered a passion for helping others during an important stage of their lives.
Some of his favorite moments are spent simply talking with residents, listening to their stories about family, work, and the experiences that shaped who they are. As Kyle shares, “Being able to support people during this stage of their lives is both meaningful and deeply rewarding.”
Kyle believes compassion is at the heart of everything his team does. In his words:
“In long-term care, we play a critical role during what can be one of the most challenging stages of a person’s life. Being able to provide compassion, support, and dignity during that time is why I am passionate about the work we do every day.”
He leads by fostering an open, approachable environment where staff, residents, and families feel comfortable communicating and working together. Kyle also believes residents are some of the greatest teachers, reminding the team daily of the wisdom and perspective they bring to the community.
