Meet Kyle Bousquet, Administrator at MissionCare at Holyoke. Kyle became involved in long-term care early in life and quickly discovered a passion for helping others during an important stage of their lives. Some of his favorite moments are spent simply talking with residents, listening to their stories about family, work, and the experiences that shaped who they are. As Kyle shares, “Being able to support people during this stage of their lives is both meaningful and deeply rewarding.”

Over the past five years, MissionCare at Holyoke has developed expertise in caring for individuals whose clinical and psychosocial needs require a higher level of coordination and support. The center welcomes residents from across Massachusetts, including those living with complex medical conditions and behavioral health diagnoses, as well as individuals connected to state agencies. MissionCare at Holyoke, Parkville Care Center, Touchpoints at Bloomfield and Touchpoints at Manchester were honored with the 2025 Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). The awards were presented during the Elevating Excellence: National Quality Awards Ceremony at the Delivering Solutions 25 AHCA/NCAL Convention & Expo in Las Vegas.

On September 19, 2024 the team at MissionCare at Holyoke celebrated iCare Health Network’s 25th Anniversary with a Wild Wild West themed bash.  The party included a petting zoo, plenty of food and music and sunshine. Staff and residents went all out on the western garb.
