HOLYOKE, MA (October 2025) – MissionCare at Holyoke was recognized with the Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award during the AHCA/NCAL Convention & Expo.
MissionCare at Holyoke has developed a specialized model of care for individuals that are difficult to place in traditional nursing home settings through iCare Health Network’s MissionCare Health Program, in addition to comprehensive long term care services. This mission-focused approach provides structure, accountability, and quality care for a complex resident population.
Through the Bronze Award process, MissionCare at Holyoke was recognized for its alignment of mission and core competencies with organizational goals, comprehensive understanding of regulatory frameworks, and demonstrated performance improvement initiatives.
