Electronic referrals: Accepts referrals via AllScripts, Epic, and other hospital EMR referral systems.
Tip: Provide all relevant clinical documentation with your referral (physician orders, demographic sheet, insurance info, recent notes/therapy summaries, and any payor or eligibility documentation) to help expedite processing.
