HARTFORD, CT (August 20, 2026) – Parkville Care Center recently brought residents, staff and team members together for a special celebration recognizing the center’s achievement of the 2026 AHCA/NCAL Silver – Achievement in Quality Award.
The Silver Award, presented through the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living’s National Quality Award Program, recognizes long-term and post-acute care organizations that demonstrate a strong commitment to quality improvement and achieving better outcomes for the people they serve.
For Parkville, the recognition reflects the work of an entire team. During the celebration, staff had an opportunity to mark the milestone together and recognize the dedication, teamwork and attention to quality that take place throughout the center every day. The event was also a chance to celebrate the many individuals and departments whose combined efforts contributed to earning this national recognition.
The Silver Award represents an important step in Parkville Care Center’s ongoing quality journey and builds on the center’s continued focus on exceptional resident care, strong clinical outcomes and continuous improvement.
