MANCHESTER (July 30, 2018) – iCare Health Network was named Best Place for Adult Care in the North Central News Reader’s Poll for 2018.
The certificate reads that the winners of this annual contest are determined by the North Central News Community. The paper counts among its circulation Ellington, Enfield, Somers, Stafford and Vernon. A listing of all the winners will be in the August edition of the North Central News.
