FARMINGTON – On May 10, 2017, the Administrator at Touchpoints at Farmington received this kind note from a resident who was recently discharged home after a successful short term rehabilitation stay:
Dear Touchpoints,
I’m going to be brief, but honest. I was here almost three weeks. Time passed quickly. My care here was very good. The bed + chairs were comfortable. The nurses + CNAs were wonderful, friendly + gentle. The staff was attentive + answered call lights quickly. The food was well prepared + good. I like that choices were provided. I hope I don’t need care again, but if I need to, I would come back to Touchpoints. I told my doctor to recommend Touchpoints to others. Thank you!
