MANCHESTER, CT (May 14, 2026) – The entire iCare Health Network team is excited to celebrate National Skilled Nursing Care Week (NSNCW), also known as Nursing Home Week, taking place May 10–16, 2026. The annual observance recognizes the dedication of skilled nursing care professionals while celebrating the residents, families, and communities that make our centers so special.
This year’s NSNCW theme, “Moments in Bloom,” highlights the meaningful connections, joyful experiences, and everyday moments that flourish within skilled nursing care communities. From celebrations and entertainment to shared laughter and acts of compassion, the week is an opportunity to recognize the people and relationships that help our centers bloom each day.
Throughout the week, iCare Health Network centers will host themed activities, special events, performances, cookouts, games, and gatherings for residents, families, and staff. These celebrations reflect the spirit, creativity, and sense of community found across our network.
