LAS VEGAS, NV (October 21, 2025) – MissionCare at Holyoke, Parkville Care Center, Touchpoints at Bloomfield and Touchpoints at Manchester were honored with the 2025 Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). The awards were presented during the Elevating Excellence: National Quality Awards Ceremony at the Delivering Solutions 25 AHCA/NCAL Convention & Expo in Las Vegas.
The National Quality Award Program is a progressive, three-level process—Bronze, Silver, and Gold—that recognizes long-term and post-acute care providers committed to improving the quality of care for residents and patients. The Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award is the entry point, requiring providers to demonstrate a defined mission and vision, organizational priorities, and a performance improvement system that sets the foundation for continuous quality advancement.
Applications are reviewed against the Baldrige Excellence Framework by trained examiners. Feedback reports identify organizational strengths and areas for improvement, helping recipients build toward the Silver – Achievement in Quality and Gold – Excellence in Quality levels. Bronze recipients maintain active recognition for three years, through 2028, and are encouraged to continue advancing in the program.
The recognition of Touchpoints at Manchester, Touchpoints at Bloomfield, Parkville Care Center, and MissionCare at Holyoke underscores the dedication of staff and leadership to resident-centered care, performance improvement, and accountability.
