August 24, 2018Lori Racicot-Burrous has been coming to Touchpoints at Bloomfield as our very own Painting Consultant. She came to our facility as a student for a community project that the college offered. When our previous Painting Consultant retired, Lori contacted the facility and wanted to have a chance to show her creativity. Lori had a vision of teaching the residents the importance of art and how it plays a major part in everyone’s lives. Expressing yourself through art is a gift at any age.

On June 21, 2018 the Mister Softee ice cream truck visited Touchpoints at Bloomfield to bring the residents and staff a cool treat to start the Summer off right. According to Touchpoints’ Cindy Payne, “TAB knows how to celebrate the first day of Summer; with a visit from Mister Softee! The residents loved it and so did the staff. Staff helped transport the residents to their special treat and it was a great success!”
