WETHERSFIELD (February 22, 2018) – iCare held a clinical skills training session for a team of CNAs at the Keeney Center in Wethersfield on February 16th.
Skills and techniques reviewed by the Skills Day instructors included patient lifting and moving, hygiene techniques, vital signs and other daily activities within the care centers. CNAs are a vital part of the front line staff and often have the most day to day contact with our residents. Their skills and interactions are critical to resident success and wellbeing.
