MANCHESTER – As of September 1, 2017 Touchpoints at Manchester is contracted with the Veteran’s Administration as a provider of skilled nursing and long term care. Touchpoints at Manchester will be a desirable and accessible location for veterans to receive skilled nursing, rehabilitation and long term care, whether they have a service-connected VA benefit or otherwise.
iCare’s Silver Springs Care Center in Meriden is also a VA contracted skilled nursing facility.
Touchpoints at Manchester will continue to build out tailored, veteran-specific services and veterans will have access to all TAM programs, including short term, long term, behavioral health, substance use/iRecovery and our signature CHF program.
