On November 11, 2021 the team at Touchpoints at Manchester took a moment to celebrate a big achievement: the care center’s return to Five Star designation with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)! Touchpoints at Manchester and Westside Care Center Hold Summer Party for Residents and Staff

On July 20, 2021, teams from Touchpoints at Manchester and Westside Care Center through a Summer party and picnic for residents and staff on the campus. The event included fun in the sun, food, crafts and music. The central campus parking area and patios were closed down to make room for festivities. The weather cooperated and brought a day full of bright sun and clear skies.

On December 29th, the staff and leadership at at Touchpoints at Manchester held a retirement celebration for Joan Gallichant, capping 40 years of dedicated service as a nurse at the care center. According to Cristina Lazure, Director of Nursing, “Joan is one of a kind nurse and without a doubt she will be greatly missed.
