Touchpoints at Chestnut Receives 2019 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight

Touchpoints at Chestnut, a 60 bed skilled nursing facility in East Windsor, Connecticut is proud to announce that they are the recipient of Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2019 Customer Experience Award for Professional Therapy Services. According to Pinnacle, Touchpoints at Chestnut, “has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15% of the nation across a 12-month average and displays a continued dedication to providing Best in Class senior healthcare services”. -
The Touchpoints at Chestnut team leveraged their lobby Christmas decorations into a nice donation to the Five Cupboard Food Pantry in East Windsor. The final donation of non-perishable food, toiletries and other supplies for those in need weighed in at 340 pounds. The team was also able to donate six hams thanks to a Candy Tree Raffle. Congratulations to the TAC team on a creative way to give back during the holidays and for the beautiful display it created for residents and guests.
