Multiple iCare Facilities Recognized for Improving Quality Care

Seven iCare managed facilities were recognized by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) for their achievements through the Quality Initiative Recognition Program, which honors member facilities for their individual work in achieving AHCA/NCAL Quality Initiative goals. -
I had only a few hours to decide which rehab to go to. My care manager at the Manchester Memorial Hospital was very helpful in providing information about my options. Due to my illness, I was now on oxygen and needed to make sure pulmonary rehab was on my check list. I chose Touchpoints at Manchester, and I am glad I did. My Touchpoints experiences was wonderful. The iCare Management leadership team, led by President and CEO Chris Wright, visited all ten iCare managed facilities in one day to spread Christmas cheer. The team visited each unit at each facility, singing Christmas carols for all to hear and performed a vignette from Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol. -
