Touchpoints at Bloomfield entered into a partnership designed to bring continuity in pulmonary care from the acute hospital setting into the post-acute, skilled nursing and rehab care setting. The program will address repeat hospitalizations by applying integrated pulmonary care and sleep medicine consulting to many diagnoses, including COPD and congestive heart failure.

Touchpoints at Manchester’s Yuri Westry, a Certified Nursing Assistant, recorded a radio ad with CBS Radio touting the Center’s strengths and offerings.

A live music fundraiser for Abby’s Helping Hand was held at Touchpoints at Chestnut on June 3rd and raised close to $800. 

Congresswoman Elizabeth Esty visited and toured iCare’s Touchpoints at Farmington location accompanied by Commissioner Betsy Ritter of the State Commission on Aging.

Touchpoints at Chestnut will hold a music event in conjunction with Abby’s Helping Hand, a local charity. The event will raise funds for the organization whose mission, according to its website, is to improve the lives of those afflicted with Mitochondrial and other chronic diseases through support, education and research.
