On March 18, 2022 the team at Touchpoints at Chestnut held a surprise party for Andy Casassa, upon his retirement after 38 years of distinguished service at iCare Health Network. Parkville Care Center did a fun “speed dating” style meet and greet, connecting with residents from Touchpoints of Bloomfield. Both parties used the iPads and chatted for about 30 minutes. iCare Health Network engages a company to administer periodic Resident Satisfaction Surveys to both long term care residents currently residing in the centers and residents recently discharged home. These surveys provide a range of feedback and help iCare in improving and modifying customer service, clinical programs and the resident experience.
